Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MileBack account and all the data that identifies you. There are two ways to do it. Pick whichever is easier.

The two ways to delete

In the app · immediate

Open MileBack and go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Your data is purged right away.

Here on the web

Don't have the app handy? Request deletion below. You'll confirm by signing in with the same Google or Apple account you used to join.

What deletion covers

Deleting your account permanently removes everything that identifies you, including:

  • Your MileBack account and sign-in
  • Your inbox connections (and we revoke our Gmail access)
  • Every flight segment, trip, and scan record
  • Your claims and encrypted membership numbers
  • Your subscription and notification settings

The only thing retained is de-identified calibration statistics that carry no user ID and cannot be linked back to you. These are aggregate signals we use to keep our estimates accurate. They contain no routes, values, emails, or membership numbers.

Deleting your account is different from disconnecting your inbox. Disconnecting stops future scans; deletion erases your data entirely.
